the studio


Studio 11 is located in a residential area & opened in February 2020. Sessions have been rocking out indoors, outdoors & online. Timetables can change from term to term so please keep updated via GYMCATCH & facebook as some classes are seasonal.

The studio has been designed specifically to run classes in a small group

setting with up to 8 adults for indoor & 6 adults for outdoor classes (outdoor group bookings only).

Providing 0.5kg up to 3kg set of dumbbells, resistance 'booty' bands (light to X-strong) & yoga mats & Pilates small swiss balls, however you are more than welcome to bring your own.

All equipment is cleaned down thoroughly after every session.

Please bring a water bottle & a sweat towel or a larger towel for any extra support when

rocking out our floor tracks. Sneakers with good support are highly recommended for the BURN! program, you do not need shoes for BEATS WITH BALLS program, gripped socks optional.


The current GYMCATCH timetable is open to public individuals with an option to

add an extra to your booking (a friend or family member you can encourage each other!) 

Private group bookings are from 4 to 6 per group BURN! or BEATS WITH BALLS.


Low impact options are always offered & as it's always great to push yourself & sweat it out it's also important to listen to your body too.

The Jungle Body program BURN! specializes in keeping it a dance based fitness

workout with an easy to follow 3 to 4 moves per track.
