What do I need to inform the instructor?
Please inform your instructor of any issues incl. pregnancy, post natal recoveries, any pre/post injuries or on going muscle/joint pain before you start the class. Although we strongly advise to be in good physical condition we also know that exercise can help improve health, mobility & strength. We always offer low impact options or replace movements that are restricting for your issue. It's also important to listen to your body & understand your limits, if you're unsure please seek medical advise. You will need to stop immediately if you're feeling dizzy or have any discomfort. Also check out the Getlow program it may be more suited for you if you're experiencing from any of the above. Classes are at a max of 6 people for indoor & outdoor classes this is to ensure a safe workout environment. By pressing 'Agree' on your GYMCATCH booking every time you book a class you are accepting & understanding these terms & conditions. Any questions in relation to this please contact us for more info.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have expanded the driveway to accommodate extra vehicles, there is street parking also available but as Studio 11 is located in a residential area we ask to be kind to neighbours driveways. Walking or bike riding is also encouraged if you live locally.
What if I can't make it last minute?
I'm quite aware of last minute changes & would love as much notice as possible as we have waiting lists, but where
it is not possible I am quite happy to apply the pre-payment to another date. No shows will lose their payment.
Any bookings making payment on arrival & didn't come to class with any notice will have the 3 strike policy.
Future bookings will then need to be pre-paid through GYMCATCH.
What happens if class is cancelled, another lockdown or issues with my purchase?
If class needs to be cancelled for any reason all participants will be notified with as much notice as possible. I can offer a refund if payment is done online or reschedule to another date. I will offer online pre-recorded classes if lockdown occurs for more than one week. If you purchase a 'booty bundle' pass or ' Your Fit Fun Starter' package & decide not to return, unfortunately no refunds are given & it is non-transferrable, please keep in mind they have a 3 month expiry date from date of purchase. I would suggest purchasing a once off class before committing to a package.
Are you COVID safe?
Studio 11 has passed all requirements for a safe, clean & effective workout. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned down after each class. When booking through GYMCATCH app this information is sufficient to be contacted if needed.
Please do not come to class if you are feeling unwell.
